Return Policy

At Woof & Wash, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened items within 14 days of the purchase date.
 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unopened Items Only: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any items that have been opened or used.

  • Perishable goods such as treats, food, or supplements are non-returnable.
     

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at woofandwash.us@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Return Address: Send the authorized returns to:

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when the item is not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
     

Condition of Returns & Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any damages or losses during return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in the original condition. Any items returned damaged or not in their original packaging may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.


Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.


Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
